En este documento se consideran algunas de las reflexiones que el checo Milan Kundera se plantea acerca de diversas preguntas y disyuntivas que atraviesan la condición humana, en la novela La Insoportable Levedad del Ser, la cual representa una exploración, y una extensión en paralelo de situaciones experimentadas en la propia vida del autor. Entre los temas que competen a este artículo, se abordan las nociones de pesadez y de levedad, las preguntas existenciales y la incertidumbre, la belleza y el amor, la relación con la naturaleza y con los otros, la temporalidad y el kitsch, entre otros. Estas inquietudes son expuestas en medio de las tramas de sus personajes, asumiendo cada uno una personalidad propia y unas formas particulares de enfrentarse a su incertidumbre. Al respecto, este artículo comenta de modo general la forma en que los conceptos propuestos por el novelista se vislumbran en torno a los protagonistas de la obra.

Abstract
This document considers some of the reflections that the Czech Milan Kundera raises about various questions and dilemmas that cross the human condition, in the novel The Unbearable Lightness of Being, which represents an exploration, and a parallel extension of situations experienced in the author's own life. Among the topics that concern this article, it considers the notions of heaviness and lightness, existential questions and uncertainty, beauty and love, the relationship with nature and with others, temporality and kitsch, among others. These concerns are exposed in the midst of the plots of his characters, each one assuming their own personality and particular ways of dealing with their uncertainty. In this regard, this article comments in a general perspective the way in which the concepts proposed by the novelist are glimpsed around the protagonists of the work.
