El caso Ilse, publicado por primera vez en 1945, es una de las situaciones clínicas en las que Binswanger habla sobre la forma en que él mismo entiende su trabajo psicoterapéutica a través del análisis de una situación clínica y del diálogo con otras interpretaciones actuales, como las de carácter psicofísica y biológica. Nuestro objetivo aquí es mostrar brevemente la biografía de Ilse y el uso que hace Binswanger de esta biografía como una herramienta metodológica para comprender la existencia de Ilse y el desarrollo de su "enfermedad" hasta una "cura". Veremos que el amor juega un papel central en el desarrollo de la situación clínica de Ilse, desde la instalación hasta la finalización. Las interpretaciones del médico serán fundamentales para que intuyamos el "arte" en marcha en psicoterapia hasta la cura.

Abstract

The Ilse case, first published in 1945, is one of the clinical situations in which Binswanger discusses the way he himself understands his psychotherapeutic work through the analysis of a clinical situation and the dialogue with other current interpretations, such as those of psychophysical and biological nature. Our objective here is to briefly show Ilse's biography and Binswanger's use of this biography as a methodological instrument to understand Ilse's existence and the development of her “disease” until her “cure”. We will see that love plays a central role in the development of Ilse's clinical situation, from installation to completion, with Ilse's dedication to community service. The doctor's interpretations will be fundamental for us to intuit the "art" in progress in psychotherapy until the cure.
