Modo de ser auténtico y su relación con la salud general / Authentic way of being and its relationship with general health

El objetivo general de esta investigación es evaluar si el modo de ser inauténtico producido por el predominio de la identidad de rol, tiene incidencia sobre la salud general de la persona.

Se presenta el resultado de la investigación tomado sobre una muestra de 100 sujetos residentes en AMBA. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron el Cuestionario Desiderativo modificado por Guberman (1998, 2009, 2014); la Escala Existencial de Längle & Orgler (1988), adaptación y validación para Mendoza (Páramo, Garcia, Casanova, Asid, Cardigni y Bravin 2016), y el Cuestionario de Salud General SF-36, versión 2, española adaptada por Alonso y colaboradores (2003).

Los hallazgos indican que cuando la fortaleza yoica es alta correlaciona con la autenticidad y la buena salud general, pero no presenta correlación cuando la fortaleza yoica es deficitaria. En cuanto a la inautenticidad, se verifica nuestra hipótesis que el  el escaso registro de sí mismo (inautenticidad) correlaciona con mayores dolencias psico-corporales.

Abstract

The general objective of this research is to evaluate whether the inauthentic way of being produced by the predominance of role identity has an impact on the general health of the person.

The result of the research taken on a sample of 100 subjects residing in AMBA is presented. The instruments used were the Desiderative Questionnaire modified by Guberman (1998, 2009, 2014); the Längle & Orgler Existential Scale (1988), adaptation and validation for Mendoza (Páramo, Garcia, Casanova, Asid, Cardigni and Bravin 2016), and the SF-36 General Health Questionnaire, version 2, Spanish adapted by Alonso et al. (2003).

The findings produced from the present research indicate that when ego strength is high it correlates with authenticity and good general health, but there is no correlation when ego strength is deficient. Regarding inauthenticity, our hypothesis is verified that the poor self-registration (inauthenticity) correlates with greater psycho-physical ailments.
